The Jetlagmode Sphere Handbagis made of Natural Fibers Recycled Teca Wood handle and finishes wooden beads.
This piece, inspired by spheres, is a luxurious work, created with very high quality wood. First, Yulianna creates the body of the handbag with wooden balls in two different colors, a base in MDF wood covered in hand-woven jute, a total work of approx 3-4 days. At the same time, Luis, our cabinetmaker, develops teak wood spheres of different sizes, creating perfect shapes with a lathe and hand carving. Finally, holes are made, polished by hand with a final touch of liquid porcelain to protect the wood. His work takes about 1 week, if there are no weather changes or developments issues in the process. Once all the parts are ready, they are passed to Edilma, our production leader in Medellín, who does quality control and puts together all of the pieces to finally have our Spheres Handbag ready, her work adds approx 1 extra day to the entire manufacturing process.
